Roy Weddleton, Esq
Attorney Weddleton has been practicing law since 1985 and was a partner with the Law firm of Jordan, Gfroerer & Weddleton for the last 22 years. He brings a wealth of practical and entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law. He has a Masters of Public Administration from UNH. He was the first Coordinator of Family Planning Services in New Hampshire and one of the original owners of the Concord Indoor Tennis Club. Prior to law school, he owned an automobile service franchise.
While practicing law full time he also taught in the paralegal program at various New Hampshire colleges for 10 years. He continues to offer longtime New Hampshire landowners a unique opportunity to develop their land at no cost or risk through his innovative company, Moo-Land Rouge Development Services. This varied experience enables him to quickly assess and resolve many legal situations.
As a lawyer, Attorney Weddleton is regarded as friendly and approachable, and very practical. He focuses on contract litigation, criminal and traffic related matters, wills, and real estate and especially land development. Much of his daily practice revolves around consumer matters, including contract disputes and personal injury.
Attorney Weddleton loves being in the courtroom, but also knows that litigation can be a terrifying for many clients and a ridiculously expensive experience for everyone. Too many times litigants win their case but because of the time, aggravation and cost end up really losing. Consequently, he works on resolving of matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.
